All were bought new by the A&R. Reportedly, the 205 is the ONLY GP7 still owned
and in service with its original purchaser. In fact, 205 still has its steam generator
inside its high short hood, though said generator is not functional. Also the prime
mover has never been rebuilt - it still has its original rod and main bearings!
49 years later!
There are plans to repaint all three locos this spring, and repaint them in their
as-delivered livery.
